Laserfiche® offers a suite of products and services that address enterprise-wide challenges from the perspective of executives, records managers, IT staff members and end-users. The Laserfiche document management software suite is a set of scanning, indexing, information sharing, business process management, integration, tracking and auditing tools.
Laserfiche primarily distributes software through an international network of value-added resellers (VARs). As a highly client-driven company, Laserfiche works closely with these VARs to ensure that clients receive comprehensive technical support during and after the deployment process. To foster a sense of community among users, Laserfiche publishes regular user news bulletins, hosts online forums and holds an annual users’ conference that includes a number of classes and presentations.
Laserfiche is a division of Compulink Management Center, Inc. Compulink’s founder, president and CEO, Nien-Ling Wacker, establishes the strategic vision for Laserfiche software. The recipient of many honors and awards in the document management industry, Ms. Wacker formerly served on the board of directors of the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM) and the board of directors of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) Education Foundation.
